I'm having the best time of my life...
I can just die right now and I will be satisfied! The game drives are out of this world. I've seen everything including leopard, cheetah, rhino cheetah hunting just really beyond my imagination. Also went on a hot air balloon ride and have made lots of new friends. Thank you for everything!

We had a phenomenal time in Peru, thanks to your expertise in planning our trip. Thank you for helping to create such a memorable experience for all four of us. We were very happy with the professionalism of Lima Tours, especially our tour guide Elizabeth in Cusco.
In Lima, a particular highlight was the SOS House--our boys even played soccer with the children there. The water/light show was also a big hit.
The hotels were all wonderful, especially the food at the Inkaterra in Aguas Calientes. The scenic train ride through the Sacred Valley was amazing. Our only regret is the distance between our hotel the Aranwa and Ollantaytambo. Aranwa was very nice but it was deserted and fairly isolated. That being said, it was our 9 year old's favorite hotel! We thought we would share this feedback and would be happy to serve as a reference for you

Hi Eitan, the trip was great. It was a great family vacation. The weather was perfect, we enjoyed all the activities, and the food.
If you are looking for specifics…
The guides were terrific. We especially loved Fernando our Machu Picchu guide. And Wille really made the rafting fun. But all were knowledgeable, enthusiastic, warm people who really went out of their way for us.
The hotels were all very nice – even the airport hotel in Lima was better than expected. We loved Sol Y Luna. The others were pretty noisy tho.
I thought the hike was awesome. I am glad we had poles — it was more steps than I imagined. Of course Machu Picchu was great. My husband and son both think they are photographers so they had a field day looking for the perfect shot. We also all loved the salt mines and Ollantaytambo and the rafting.
On the way to the Lima airport we each rated the trip on a scale from one to ten (ten being the highest). It got three 9's and one 9 and a half.
Thanks for all your help!! Judy
PS. It was really nice of you to surprise me with the cake — my kids were more embarrassed than I was!

... our trip to Peru was wonderful, the 4 of us loved every minute of it. We enjoyed everything, the itinerary was perfect (I think we could have added a day of rest in the middle), we loved the food, tried everything, we had wonderful guides specially Willian who we had for 3 days. Everyone was very nice and the hotels were amazing, our favorite was El Monasterio. The trains were very special, the scenery was amazing and Machu Picchu was just incredible. I took over 1000 pictures! I still can not believe I went white water rafting, it was so much fun and our "coach" and "rescuer" were amazing people.

Yes, we're back. ;( New Orleans is hot and miserable, but we have lots of great reminders of Argentina in the wine cellar helping ease our transition, one bottle at a time!
I think the highlights include our time at Cavas Wine lodge and at the estancia. We would have preferred a few more nights in each place!!!! ;) Outstanding food, wine, and what views!!!! Cavas was a truely exceptional place and we look forward to returning in a few years. The estancia was warm and inviting, the staff very friendly, and the horses very tolerant. After nearly 3 weeks in Argentina, we'd packed on a few pounds... those poor horses must have suffered beneath our empanada-filled bellies! Nonetheless, Clay and I enjoyed a long ride on a beautiful, sunny afternoon. Oh, and the wineries we visited were awesome!!!!! Better than Napa!!!! :)
Thank you again for arranging a great introduction to Argentina! We can't wait to go back!!!!!

Peru was beautiful. We had a fantastic time. Alas, we did not eat any Cuy :) but we found the food to be delicious, the people to be warm and friendly, and the architecture and terrain to be beautiful.
Aside from the fun we had experiencing all that Peru had to offer, I have to say, that the local company was great. They were so helpful and it was so nice to be able to just know that someone would pick us up and get us where we needed to be, but then leave us alone. Also, the amount of tours vis a vis free time was perfect. We really enjoyed that most tours were only a couple of hours, highlighted the high points of what we were vesting, and then otherwise we were left to just enjoy where we were on our own.

Thanks much! Our trip was absolutely wonderful -- nice balance between activity, culture, & history. Peru is really a magnificent place for families. And the guides/hotels that you selected were first rate all around. I was amazed at how seamlessly everything went ... especially with all of the people who met us at the airports and hotels and got us to where we needed to be. It was truly a trip that we will never forget. We know who to contact when we put together our next trip! Thanks for everything!

Thank you for your welcome home note! We had a really fantastic time, with wonderful guides, drives, hotels, excursions and food!!! We had no glitches, everything went very smoothly and you really did an amazing job with all the plans. We especially enjoyed the Hacienda lunch in the Sacred Valley. I can't think of a single thing I would have changed!! Thank you so much for helping us have such a special mother/daughter time. Please let me know if you would like to know more. I would be happy to serve as a recommendation, should you ever need one!
Thank you again! I'll be calling next time I plan a trip!!

The trip was spectacular. One the best we have ever had. It was made even better by the wonderful tour guide ... Erik F. who was a real gem. We would recommend it to anyone who feels physically up to it. The hotel in Cusco was exceptional, too.
