Location & Landscape
Selinda Camp is located within the private Selinda Reserve, positioned along the Selinda Spillway where waterways, floodplains, riverine forest, and open savannah landscapes converge. The region forms an important wildlife corridor between the Okavango Delta and the Linyanti ecosystem, creating a landscape rich in biodiversity and seasonal movement. Towering palms, broad grasslands, and winding channels define the scenery surrounding camp.
Wildlife Experience
The Selinda Reserve is known for exceptional predator sightings and large elephant populations, with lions, leopards, wild dogs, cheetahs, buffalo, giraffe, hippos, crocodiles, and numerous antelope species regularly encountered throughout the reserve. The private concession allows for highly flexible safari experiences, including off-road driving and night drives, while the varied habitats support rewarding wildlife viewing year-round.

Rich textures, vintage safari details, open-air lounges, and candlelit dining areas create an atmosphere that feels refined, romantic, and deeply connected to the surrounding wilderness. Despite its luxurious design, the camp maintains an intimate and authentic safari atmosphere centered around guiding and wildlife experiences.
Activities & Experiences
Guests can enjoy morning and evening game drives, guided walking safaris, boating excursions depending on water levels, birdwatching, photography experiences, fishing, and seasonal canoeing activities. The reserve’s flexibility and low vehicle density allow for highly personalized safari experiences focused on both wildlife and the changing landscapes of northern Botswana.
