Matetsi Victoria Falls is set on a vast private wildlife reserve along the banks of the Zambezi River upstream from Victoria Falls. The landscape combines riverfront scenery, mopane woodlands, open plains, and quiet bushveld stretching across approximately 136,000 acres / 55,000 hectares of protected wilderness. Access
Matetsi Victoria Falls is located approximately 40 km / 25 mi from Victoria Falls town and airport and is reached via a scenic road transfer through the surrounding bushveld. The drive into the reserve gradually transitions from the activity of town into a quieter and more exclusive wilderness setting along the Zambezi River.
